Himanshu Singh

Co-Founder & Operations Lead

(Operations & Leadership) “Hospitality is not just my career, it’s my calling.” Himanshu Singh, founder of Gully Gangs, holds an MBA in Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management. With over six years in the F&B industry, he has worked across India, the USA, and the UK, contributing to multiple five-star hotel and restaurant pre-openings. Blending global experience with local passion, Himanshu’s mission is to bring the energy of Indian street food and the warmth of real hospitality to London’s student community.

Chef Prem Saini

Co-Founder & Executive Chef

Chef Prem hails from a distinguished lineage of professional chefs, inheriting not only natural talent but a profound respect for the culinary craft. A fast learner and creative innovator, he brings passion, precision, and discipline to every dish he creates. With expertise spanning both Indian and Italian cuisines, Chef Prem has honed his skills in renowned restaurants and five-star brands, mastering the delicate balance between authentic tradition and modern presentation. His vision for Gully Gangs is simple yet powerful to serve street food with soul, crafted with skill, love, and authenticity that guests can taste in every bite.
